Eligibility and Age Limitation

You further represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and of legal competence to enter into these Terms. Our Contests are open only to persons aged 18 or older.

The Contests are open only to persons residing in India at the time of participation. YOIO247, in accordance with the laws prevailing in certain Indian states, bar people who reside in certain Indian states from participating in any Contests. Currently, people who reside in the Indian states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland, Sikkim & Andhra Pradesh will not be able to participate in any paid or cash Contests, as the laws of these states bar their residents from participating in any online games where participants are required to pay to enter contests like Fantasy Cricket rooms.

Every person who wishes to participate in the Contests must have a valid email address.

Only those participants who have successfully registered on YOIO247.IN as well as registered for a Contest prior to each round in accordance with the rules outlined above shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and win prizes.

• Be generated by fake or unidentified users.

By submitting, posting, or displaying UGC through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sub-license) to view, use, display, reproduce, distribute, and prepare derivative works of any part of the UGC, including for promoting and redistributing the Service in any media formats.

Furthermore, you grant each user of the Service a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and use your UGC through the Service.

We have the sole and absolute right to decide whether to publish any UGC and may, without prior notice, monitor, censor, edit, remove, delete, any and all UGC, at any time and for any or no reason.
